Should I get a Business Coach?

If you are an entrepreneur or dietitian side hustler, I absolutely recommend you get a business coach. Why?? Because we work better in community. When we have someone to help support us, hold us accountable, and share their expertise… we are more successful ourselves.

You can absolutely reach your goals on your own. But… at the risk of taking much longer to reach your goals (spending way too much time researching what will work, figuring out implementation, or back tracking if something totally didn’t work) or even getting burnt out and quitting before you reach your goals.

Which Coach is the Best?

The BEST coach is the one that is the best fit for YOU. Now, I have only worked with two of the coaches on this list (so far). But I have heard amazing things about all of these coaches.

There is no such thing as a one-size-fits all business coach. Each coach has their own style, skill set, vision, and area of expertise. The coach that is perfect for Karen may not be perfect for you, and that’s OK. I am grateful there are so many awesome coaches out there to meet your individual needs.

So, how do you find your best coach? Review the list of coaches below, go to their websites to learn more about them, and take the time to figure out who would be the best fit for you.

Keep in mind that the coaches listed below vary in how they provide services. Some provide individual coaching, group coaching, webinars/courses, or one-off consultation calls.

 

Can I Afford a Coach?

Coaches can be expensive. This is a fact. But, you guys, think of how much you paid for schooling to become a dietitian… You’ve invested in your career before.

This may be the step you take to actually start having a fulfilling career. You need to figure out what is more important to you: time or money. A business coach can help you reach your goals faster, enabling you to make money faster.

Keep in mind that with every coach and program the key factor is YOU– how much are you willing to dedicate to your craft and implementing what you are learning.

You can invest thousands in a coaching program and not follow through… the end result will be that you wasted the money (but at no fault of the coach). Or you invest in a low cost program, hustle and implement and have great success. Again, you are the key factor.

 

Beyond the 9 to 5 Coaching Course
